Privacy Policy for Orbiloop: Orbit Arcade

This Privacy Policy explains how Galax VN Team accesses, collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects data when you use Orbiloop: Orbit Arcade (the “App”). The App does not require users to create an account.

1. Information stored on your device

The App stores gameplay progress, coin balance, settings and language preference, purchase or entitlement state, local transaction history, an installation identifier and timestamps, and an optional player name on your device. An optional player name may be entered manually or prefilled from Treasure Quest when available on the same Android device. This same-device prefill is used only for convenience.

2. App-open and installation data

To measure installations, diagnose reliability, and understand whether the App launches successfully, the App may send the following data to systems operated for Galax VN Team:

• a randomly generated installation identifier;
• event type and time, such as first open or app open;
• app name, package ID, app version, and build number; and
• platform, device locale, and time-zone information.

This telemetry does not include contacts, messages, photos, or precise location.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Galax VN Team does not receive your payment card details. After a successful purchase, the App may send a purchase record containing the optional player name, product ID, price and currency, Google Play order or transaction ID, purchase token, event time, platform, package ID, and app name to Galax VN Team systems for purchase fulfillment, financial reconciliation, fraud prevention, and support.

4. Advertising

The App may display ads through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Ad requests are configured for child-directed treatment and a maximum ad content rating of G. Google and its advertising services may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address and general network information, ad interactions, and diagnostic data to deliver, limit, secure, and measure ads according to Google's policies. An active ad-removal entitlement disables ads in the App.

5. How information is used

We use the information described above only to operate the App, save or restore gameplay and entitlements, fulfill and reconcile purchases, prevent abuse, provide support, measure aggregate installations and app opens, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

6. Service providers and data sharing

Data may be processed by service providers that help operate the App, including Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, Google Cloud or Google Sheets/Apps Script, and Supabase. These providers process data for the purposes described in this policy and under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the App, or to investigate fraud or security incidents. Galax VN Team does not sell personal data.

7. Family-friendly use

Orbiloop: Orbit Arcade is designed for family-friendly play. The App does not provide chat or public social features and does not request contacts or precise location. Advertising is configured with child-directed treatment and a G content rating. Parents and guardians should review Google Play purchase controls and device-level parental controls. Users should not enter a full legal name or other sensitive information as their optional player name.

8. Data security

Network requests made by the App use HTTPS encryption in transit. We apply access controls and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to server-side records. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Retention and deletion

Local data remains on the device until it is cleared by the user or the App is uninstalled, subject to Android and Google Play backup behavior. Server-side app-open and purchase records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the operational, reconciliation, fraud-prevention, support, and legal purposes described above.

Because the App has no user account, there is no account-deletion flow. To request access to or deletion of a server-side record, email huongtv.uet@gmail.com and include enough information to locate it, such as the Google Play order ID or relevant installation details. We may retain information when required for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its services, or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will always be published on this page.
